Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Order processing time is usually 1-3 business days. For shipping please allow the full term amount of your personalized item to be customized before it ships out. Personalized items take a different amount of time so please read the item description before placing your order. If your item isn't a custom item please allow 4-6 business days to ship out. All orders placed on the weekend or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was used to place your order. Dahnisha Ali Collection is NOT responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance. Dahnisha Ali Collection will not replace any lost or stolen items.
